Wellness With Corli is more than a training app. Alongside workout plans and nutrition tracking, we built in PHQ-9 and GAD-7 self-assessments, guided breathing, journaling, and a crisis support directory because we believe physical and mental health are part of the same picture.
Users can complete these self-assessments right in the app and choose to share the results with a connected provider, giving you a clearer starting point before you ever speak with them. We're looking for licensed providers who share our mission of getting real help to the people who need it, and want to be part of a network built on that goal.
